This entrée is a good source of protein and fibre.
Serve with seasonal salad and Epicure Dressing.
2 cups cooked bite-sized pasta, cooled
1 can (12 oz/354 ml) tuna, drained
2 cups halved cherry tomatoes
2 tbsp chives
- In a serving bowl, combine pasta, tuna and tomatoes. Drizzle with Balsamic Vinaigrette and gently toss.
- Sprinkle with Chives. Serve immediately or refrigerate until needed.
