Makes: 4 servings
  • 8 C (2 L) prepared
  • 2 tsp (10 ml) Taco Seasoning
  • 1 C (250 ml) stelline (tiny star-shaped pasta)
  • 1 C (250 ml) chicken, cooked and cubed
  • 1 C (250 ml) diced low-sodium tomatoes, drained
  • Black Pepper (Grinder), to taste

Preparation


 
  • Bring Chicken Broth to a boil in a large pot. Add Taco Seasoning and pasta. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Add chicken and tomatoes. Cover and simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
  • Season with Pepper.
